Augmentation de capital finalisée
​LeadMedia annonce la réalisation de l’augmentation de capital lancée début septembre.
L’opération s’est faite via l’émission de 1 166 739 actions au prix de 0,90 € soit une décote de 16% par rapport à la moyenne de clôture des 20 dernières séances de cotation précédant l’annonce. Cela représente donc un montant total levé de 1,05 M€.
Les actionnaires historiques, à savoir Truffle Capital, Idinvest, Pascal Chevalier, Stéphane Darracq, fondateur et ancien dirigeant du groupe, ont tous participé à l’opération. Leurs engagements ont ainsi représenté environ 65% de la levée.
