Sogeclair vient d’annoncer le rachat de la société Sydac au groupe allemand Knorr-Bremse. Cette société australienne qui compte plus de 100 collaborateurs a été créée en 1988. Présente également en Inde et en Grande-Bretagne, elle est spécialisée dans la fourniture de simulateurs de formation à la conduite pour le secteur ferroviaire mais aussi pour le transport routier (bus et camions). Au premier semestre le CA était de 3,4 M€.

Its main poles of activity are organized around three areas: Industry knowledge, Customer Assistance and Divisions Activities. Industry Knowledge is comprised of Aeronautical and Space Engineering, Special Vehicles Engineering and Simulation of industrial products; Technological Assistance, Work-Packages and Products and Systems make up the Customer Assistance segment; and Aerospace, Vehicle and Simulation divisions cover the Divisions Activities segment.
