FLASH: CPI slowdown not dovish in Apr-18

- UK CPI inflation disappointed Consensus expectations by slowing to 2.4% y-o-y in April. However, the BoE (and I) had forecast a slowing and it was probably positively surprised after adjusting for the smaller sugar tax effect.
- Upside in at least housing was associated with the later index date. News elsewhere, like in recreation, nudges my forecast up slightly for a year.
