Preview: soft UK CPI inflation again in Apr-18

- Easter effects and various administered prices buffet inflation data for April. I expect inflation to slow to 2.3% on the CPI while RPI strengthens slightly to 3.4%.
- Driving my below-Consensus CPI forecast are weak airfares. A resurgence in council tax offsets that for the RPI, where I am in line with the Consensus.
