H119 turnover recorded an 6.1% decrease to reach XOF 78.36 billion against XOF 83.41 billion in H118. This drop was mainly explained by the high level of marketing offers & promotion as well as the increase in over-the-top services in the wake of the development of data and free roaming services which have been eroding the Voice income. However, the breakeven point is starting to be reached in order to initiate a growth stage.
