Weekly Comments- West Africa Regional Stock Exchange

This week the market increased by 0.54% compared to last week. Thus, BRVM Index stood at 206.68 points against 205.56 points last week.

The bond market ended the week with a slight increase of 0.04% at XOF 3 198.74 billion which is mainly due to the increase in price (XOF 200) at XOF 10 000 of the bonds “TPCI 5.95% 2017-2024 – A”. The total value traded on the market amounts to XOF 123.32 million for 12485 bonds. The bond “ETAT DU MALI 6,50% 2017-2024” with 10 065 bonds for XOF 99.65 million was the most liquid, representing 80.81% of the total value traded.
