Thunder Bay North (“TBN”) project in Ontario, Canada. The TBN project
covers the intrusion-hosted Ni-Cu-PGM deposits in the Current Lake and
Escape Lake properties located 50km northeast of the city of Thunder
Bay and 60km from the producing Lac Des Iles mine operated by Impala
Platinum. The company was formerly named Regency Gold Corp.
In July 2019, Regency Gold Corp issued 24,615,384 shares to Benton
Resources in return for the right to acquire the TBN project areas on
fulfilling certain further obligations. This included payments totaling
C$9m to Panoramic Resources for 100% of the TBN Project and
payments totaling C$6m for Rio Tinto’s Escape Lake and Escape Lake
North properties. The last acquisition payments are due in 2023.
