We lift Comptel’s recommendation to Buy (previously Accumulate)
​Strong growth fundamentals in the market
Comptel is a globally operating company with software that enables operators to
control the supply and demand of digital services. Comptel’s software connects
the physical and virtual communications networks of operators to their BSS
systems. In our view the demand fundamentals for Comptel’s markets are
strong, which is supported by 1) virtualization of communication networks, 2) shift
of networks’ value from HW to SW, and 3) operators’ need to modernize their
systems due to the transformation of their business models. Comptel has
estimated its markets to grow at a rate of 7-8 % per year.
