The company has three business segments: Fresh products, which the company sells avocados under the Calavo family of brand labels, as well as private labels and markets and distributes select other perishable food products, such as tomatoes and papayas; Calavo Foods, which utilizes ultra-high pressure technology equipment to protect and safeguard foods without the need of preservatives on several of its prepared avocado and guacamole products; and Renaissance Food Group, which creates, markets, and distributes nationally a portfolio of packaged food products.

The Bank is principally engaged in the business of accepting deposits from the general public and using such deposits, together with borrowings and other funds, to originate one-to-four family residential real estate, construction and land, commercial real estate, commercial, agriculture, municipal and consumer loans.
