BRT Apartments is an internally managed real estate investment trust that is primarily focused on the ownership, operation and development of multi-family properties. Most of the company's properties are located in the Southeast U.S. and Texas. Generally, the company's multi-family properties are garden apartment, mid-rise or town home style properties that provide residents with amenities, such as a clubhouse, swimming pool, laundry facilities and cable television access. In addition to its multi-family properties, the company owns other real estate assets including undeveloped land, cooperative apartment units and a leasehold position at a commercial property.

Trio-Tech International provides third-party semiconductor testing and burn-in services primarily through its laboratories in Asia. At or from its facilities, the company also designs, manufactures and markets equipment and systems to be used in the testing and production of semiconductors, and distributes semiconductor processing and testing equipment manufactured by other vendors. The company operates in four segments; the testing service industry (which performs structural and electronic tests of semiconductor devices), the designing and manufacturing of equipment distribution of various products from other manufacturers in Singapore and Asia and the real estate segment in China.
