Citizens is an insurance holding company. Through its insurance subsidiaries, the company provides insurance products. The company's main insurance operations include: U.S. Dollar-denominated ordinary whole life insurance and endowment policies mainly sold to foreign residents, located principally in Latin America and the Pacific Rim; ordinary whole life insurance policies to middle income households focused on the Midwest, Mountain West and southern U.S.; and final expense and limited liability property policies to middle and lower income households in Louisiana, Mississippi and Arkansas. The company has two segments: Life Insurance and Home Service Insurance. The company also has Other Non-Insurance Operations.

Cross Timbers Royalty Trust is an express trust. Simmons Bank (the Trustee) is the Trustee of the Trust. Under five separate conveyances, the company holds profits interests which are carved from producing royalty and overriding royalty interest properties in Texas, Oklahoma and New Mexico, and nonparticipating royalty interests in nonproducing properties located primarily in Texas and Oklahoma, and profits interests which are carved from working interests in properties in Texas and Oklahoma.

Navios Maritime Partners L.P. is an international owner and operator of dry cargo and container vessels. The Company is engaged in the seaborne transportation services of a range of dry cargo commodities, including iron ore, coal, grain and fertilizer, and also containers, chartering its vessels under medium to long-term charters. It focuses on providing seaborne shipping services under long-term time charters. As of December 31, 2016, it controlled 12 Panamax vessels, nine Capesize vessels, three Ultra-Handymax vessels and seven container vessels. Panamax vessels are vessels capable of carrying a range of dry cargo commodities, including iron ore, coal, grain and fertilizer and being accommodated in various discharge ports. Capesize vessels are dedicated to the carriage of iron ore and coal. Ultra-Handymax vessels are similar to Panamax vessels although with less carrying capacity, and have self-loading and discharging gear on board to accommodate undeveloped ports.
