Un nouveau relèvement de guidance - VENTE - OC 97€ (vs 89€)
Hier, les résultats T2 2016 préliminaires sont ressortis au-dessus des attentes et la guidance 2016 a été relevée. Nous augmentons nos estimations de BNA 2016/17/18e de +11,5%/+3,8%/+3,8% suite à cette publication, l’année 2016 reflétant un gain exceptionnel lié à la rupture de contrat avec Chelsea. Notre objectif passe à 96€ vs 89€ après prise en compte de nos nouvelles estimations et la mise à jour des paramètres du DCF. Nous confirmons toutefois notre opinion VENTE : même si la dynamique des ventes est très positive actuellement, nous jugeons la valorisation particulièrement élevée tant en absolu (PE 2016e/2017e de 30,4x/28,2x) qu’en relatif (2,05x en relatif à l’Eurostoxx vs une moyenne de 1,39x).ACM Managed Dollar Income Fund is a non-diversified, closed-end management investment company.
