Vers un renforcement opportun sur le marché allemand - NEUTRE, OC 39€ vs 36€
La société a annoncé hier être entrée en négociations exclusives pour l’acquisition de Gigatronik, spécialiste de l’informatique embarquée pour le secteur automobile, dont le CA est supérieur à 100m€ (en croissance à 2 chiffres) et la rentabilité proche de celle d’Akka. Cette opération devrait permettre à Akka d’accélérer sa diversification avec les constructeurs auto allemands hors Daimler (qui représente 90% du CA Allemagne). Si nous ne l’intégrons pas à ce stade dans nos estimations, la relution devrait être d’environ +5%. Nous relevons notre objectif à 39€ vs 36€, notre WACC (7,56% vs 8,15% le 8 décembre) étant impacté par la détente de la prime de risque et maintenons notre recommandation à NEUTRE, estimant que la croissance lfl en 2017 (+3,8%e) serait moins flamboyante qu’en 2016 (+5,7%e) du fait notamment de l’international hors Allemagne.Akka Technologies is an engineering and technology consultancy company.
