Argan SA designs, builds, develops, owns, leases, and manages logistical bases and warehouses in France. Co. is also involved in land development and management, delivering turnkey projects to its customers. Co divides its activities among two categories of clients: Shipper and Logisticians. It serves shippers, manufacturers or distributors. In addition, Co. serves logisticians, operating the logistics of shippers, including Alloga, Arvato, Daher, Dartess , FM Logistic, Geodis, Kuehne & Nagel, Movianto, Neovia logistics, and XPO Logistic. Co.'s portfolio amounts to more than 1,600,000 mA2, made up of 50 logistics platforms and 9 couriers, making a total of 59 buildings.

Carmila SAS

Carmila SA, formerly Cardety SA, is a France-based company that operates in the real estate investment sector. The Company is primarily engaged in the acquisition, holding and managing of commercial real estate assets for lease. The Company's real estate assets include a supermarket under the ED brand in Forges-les-Eaux, a shopping center in Pau Lescar, a retail park in Mondeville, a shopping mall in Besancon Chalezeule, a building complex in Salaise-sur-Sanne and a business park project in Quetigny.

CBo Territoria SA

Cbo Territoria SA. CBo Territoria SA is a France-based company primarily engaged in real estate, construction and development, as well as business and residential property management. As of December 31, 2011, the Company owned land situated on the La Reunion Island, including in Sainte Marie, Saint Paul, Saint Leu and Saint Pierre. It provides experience, construction and development services for residential purpose through CBo Habitat and for professionals through CBo Entreprise, as well as real estate management services through CBo Gestion Immobiliere. As of December 31, 2011, the Company was 19.45%-owned by Jaccar Holdings. CeGeREAL SA

CeGeREAL is a real estate investment company. Co.'s business activity is property ownership, which involves acquiring and operating commercial real estate with a view to leasing it primarily to international or national companies. At Dec 31 2009, Co. owned three real estate assets in the inner suburbs of Paris (La Defense, Boulogne-Billancourt, and Charenton-le-Pont). At Dec 31 2009, the total leasable office area of the three assets was approximately 126,145 sq.m. Co.'s portfolio is exclusively comprised of recently-built office complexes.

Covivio Hotels SCA

Fonciere Des Murs is a real estate company. Co. specializes in the long-term holding of operating facilities in the hotel, health-care, leisure and restaurant sectors. Co. is also engaged in the development of business premises. Co. is a partner with groups seeking to outsource their property assets and those seeking to have their operating facilities managed by professionals. As of Dec 31 2010, Co.'s portfolio comprised 187 hotels, 3 seawater-therapy institutes, 47 nursing homes, 3 follow-up care and rehabilitation clinics, 2 psychiatric clinics, 4 surgery clinics, 177 restaurants, 58 garden centres and 5 holiday villages.

Covivio SA

Fonciere des Regions is a long-term real etaste investor with a focus on office assets. Co.'s portfolio includes investment properties and properties under development. Co. holds a range of real estate assets, to collect lease payments and benefit from appreciation in the assets held. Co.'s activities can be divided into five segments: Office Markets in France; Office Markets in Italy; Logistics; Business Premises; and Car Parks.

Fonciere Inea. Fonciere Inea SA is a France-based company that specializes in owning and managing commercial real estate properties. The Company's portfolio consists of office buildings, e-mail platforms, local businesses and warehouses. The Company operates through its subsidiaries, including SCI PA, SCI Alpha 11 Marbeuf and SAS MD, among others. Fonciere Inea SA comprised properties located throughout over 20 regional cities in France, including Espace Concorde in Montpellier, Champ Chardon in Orleans, Exapole in Saint Herblain, Les Baronnies in Marseille, Za Kennedy, among others. The Company has also a 22% stake in Messageries Developpement SAS (formerly Saint Honore Patrimoine). The Company has operations only in France.

Frey SA, (formerly Immobiliere Frey SA), is a France-based company engaged in the real estate investment activities. The Company specializes mainly in the retail parks and operates as investor, developer, promoter, business initiator and manager. It offers various services, such as prospecting for land, town planning, construction of buildings and the management of parks, among others. Frey SA's premises are mainly located throughout France and Spain, and comprise such assets as Les 3 Frontieres in Mont-Saint-Martin, Clos du Chene in Marne la Vallee, Parc des Moulins and El Golf in Talavera de la Reina, Spain. The Company operates through its subsidiaries, including SL Frey Invest Barcelona, SL Parla Natura and SNC La Rive de la Garonne, among others. In May 14, 2013, it announced that its acquired a Conforama shop in Torcy through its investment vehicle Frey Retail Fund.

Gecina is a rental real estate company. Co.'s purpose is to operate individual rental properties or group of properties located mainly in France. Co.'s properties include commercial assets (offices and retail outlets), residential assets, logistics assets, hotels and healthcare facilities. Co. is organized around two main sectors and one ancillary segment: Economic sector comprising the commercial segment (offices and retail outlets), the portfolio of logistics properties and of hotel buildings; Demographic sector comprising traditional residential units (housing units property holding), portfolio of students residences and of healthcare facilities; Ancilary segment of real estate services.

Icade SA

Icade is a property developer/real estate investment trust (REIT). Co. offers its clients and business partners a range of complementary products and expertise in the development, design, contracting, marketing, and administrative and technical management of their properties. Co.'s activities are segmented into three divisions: Property Investment, Property Development, and Services. Property Investment focuses especially energy, water, waste and carbon comprises significant properties; Property Development targets properties and operations whose service orders were launched during the year, and Services division manages office buildings and housing units on behalf of third parties.

As of Dec 31 2013, Co.'s portfolio comprised 91 centers in France/Belgium, 25 centers in Scandinavia, 35 centers in Italy, 76 centers in Spain/Portugal, 23 centers in Central Europe, and 6 centers in other countries.

Mercialys SA

Mercialys is a real estate company, specialized in the transformation and management of shopping centers. Co. manages a portfolio of 91 properties located throughout France at Dec 31, 2013. Co.'s assets are classified into three categories: large regional shopping centers (GLA of over 365,800 sq. m.), neighborhood shopping centers (GLA of over 181,600 sq. m.), and Other assets (40,900 sq. m.). At Dec. 31, 2013, the portfolio comprised 25 large regional shopping centers, 36 neighborhood shopping centers, and 18 other sites such as food stores, specialty stores, independent cafeterias, service malls, and convenience stores, representing a total gross leasable area of about 588,300 sq. m.

Paris Reality Fund SA, also known as PAREF, is a France-based company that specializes in the real estate investment and management. The Company has four divisions: Business Investment, Residential Investment, Estate Agent and Management for third parties. The Company is engaged in the investment in commercial buildings, in the Paris Region and suburbs, as well as residential buildings, and asset management, managing on behalf of third parties. In addition, it acts as property dealer, through its subsidiary Parmarch SARL. The Company's assets are located in Paris, Lisieux, Trappes, Clichy, Labege and Tremblay, among others. The Company operates a number of subsidiaries, including wholly owned Dax Adour SARL and Watford, among others. The main shareholder of the Company is Fosun Property Holdings Ltd (Fosun).

The Company's portfolio consists of commercial properties located in the suburbs or centers of medium-sized cities in France, Guadeloupe and Martinique. The tenants cooperating with the Company are BNP Paribas, Hygena, Alainafflelou, Vivarte, La Poste, Carrefour, Casino, CIC, Celio, Kiabi, Picard, Weldom, Conforama, Darty, and Generale d'Optique, among others. As of June 30, 2014, Duval Investissements & Participations held a 21.55% stake in the Company's shareholdings.

The Company specializes in assets?primarily in the city center and to a lesser extent on the outskirts. These rental assets are rented to national distribution brands and independent merchants. Co. primarily focuses its activities around its investment policy, valuation of group land reserves, business parks, non-business park development, change in value of property assets, business activity, and its divestment policy.

Societe Fonciere Lyonnaise purchases, renovates, develops, and manages urban properties in a real estate portfolio located primarily in Paris, France. Co. divides its operation into two segments: Property rental services & Sales. Co.'s geographic segments comprise: Paris Central Business District, comprising the Golden Triangle and the Financial District, spanning parts of the 1st, 2nd, 9th, 8th, 16th and 17th arrondissements of Paris; Western Crescent, located West of Paris on the other side of the Boulevard P?riph?rique ring-road, comprising Neuilly, Boulogne, Issy-les-Moulineaux and Levallois; and Others corresponding to the rest of Paris, outside the Central Business District.

Unibail Rodamco SE is a France-based commercial property investment company operating in the commercial real estate industry. The Company is engaged in the development, construction, and management of real estate in Europe.
