Une opération en ligne avec les objectifs d’Ignition.2020 - ACHAT - Objectif 16€
Le groupe a annoncé hier soir l'acquisition de Lohika, société d'ingénierie logicielle aidant des grands groupes (Microsoft, Cisco, HPE) et des start-ups dans le développement de produits logiciels et SaaS haut de gamme, auprès de fonds de capital-risque et d'investisseurs privés. Du fait d’un CA de 40m€ en croissance >10% par an et d’une rentabilité à 2 chiffres selon les indications d’Altran, nous estimons le prix d’acquisition entre 50m€ et 60m€. A coup d'acquisitions, Altran développe aux EtatsUnis un portefeuille d'activités (développement de produits innovants, ingénierie logicielle pour le secteur techno) assez différent de ses activités européennes, mais cohérent et prometteur. L'acquisition de Lohika fait d'Altran le leader parmi les SICT européennes en termes de CA aux Etats-Unis et renforce son leadership sur l'offshore. Nous ne modifions pas nos estimations, dans l'attente de la finalisation de l'opération (prévue avant la fin 2016), et restons à l'ACHAT avec un objectif de 16€.Altran Technologies is a global player in the advanced engineering and innovation consultancy market, operating in more than 20 countries, particularly in Europe, Asia and North America.
