La cession de GPS et l‘acquisition de participations minoritaires dans la société issue de GPS (40%) et dans AREVA (5%) réduisent significativement le périmètre consolidé et sous le contrôle de la société, de même que ses perspectives de croissance, son niveau de marge, et sa génération de cash-flow. Le groupe devient une holding méritant une décote (-15% selon nous). Nous estimons que les niveaux actuels sont une bonne opportunité de sortie d’un titre dont le potentiel est nettement amoindri par ces opérations.
