Partenariat avec ONO sur la plateforme CAR-T - ACHAT - OC 47€ (vs 46€)
La société belge annonçait hier avoir donné une licence exclusive à ONO Pharmaceutical pour son composé NKR-2 T sur la région du Japon, de la Corée et de Taiwan. Dans le cadre de cet accord, CELYAD recevra un « upfront » de 11,25m€ puis des milestones allant jusqu’à 282m€ ainsi que des redevances à plus de 10% sur les ventes futures. Aujourd’hui nous ne valorisons pas la plateforme CAR-T de la société où nous attendons les premiers résultats cliniques de phase I lors de ce S2 2016. Nous intégrons cependant l’upfront versé par ONO ce qui nous conduit à ajuster à la hausse notre objectif qui passe de 46 à 47€.Celyad is engaged in engineered cell therapy treatments with clinical programs initially targeting indications in cardiovascular disease and oncology. Co. provides C-CATHez, an injection catheter that delivers bio therapeutic agents into the myocardium. Co.'s main product is C-Cure, which is in Phase III clinical trials for the treatment of chronic heart failure secondary to ischemic cardiomyopathy. Co.'s drug product candidates are autologous cell therapy treatments. In autologous procedures, a patient's cells are harvested, selected, reprogrammed and expanded, and then infused back into the same patient.
