Premiers pas sur le marché US - ACHAT - OC 77€ (vs 78€)
La société de biotechnologie belge a réalisé vendredi dernier son IPO sur le marché américain. Ceci a conduit à une levée de 100,1m$ représentant 1,46m d’actions nouvelles (1,168m en « ADS » au prix de 68,56$ et 292 000 actions ordinaires au prix de 60,25€). De plus une option d’achat pour un nombre complémentaire maximal de 175 200 nouvelles actions ADS et 43 800 actions ordinaires (environ 15% de l’offre globale) est en cours. Cette option explique ainsi en partie la pression sur le titre lors de son premier jour de cotation. Les phases III de C-CURE sont déjà intégralement financées, cette opération permettra de financer sa nouvelle plateforme CAR-T et notamment de poursuivre le développement de NKG2D CAR-T avec une phase I dans la LAM et le myélome multiple et de développer sa plateforme CAR-T dans d’autres cancers hématologiques et solides. Nous maintenons notre recommandation à ACHAT avec un objectif de cours ajusté à 77€ par action (vs 78€).Celyad is engaged in engineered cell therapy treatments with clinical programs initially targeting indications in cardiovascular disease and oncology. Co. provides C-CATHez, an injection catheter that delivers bio therapeutic agents into the myocardium. Co.'s main product is C-Cure, which is in Phase III clinical trials for the treatment of chronic heart failure secondary to ischemic cardiomyopathy. Co.'s drug product candidates are autologous cell therapy treatments. In autologous procedures, a patient's cells are harvested, selected, reprogrammed and expanded, and then infused back into the same patient.
