Résultats mitigés pour C-CURE - ACHAT - OC 46e (vs 68€)
La société belge présentait hier les résultats « topline » de son produit C-CURE évalué dans l’Insuffisance Cardiaque Chronique. Les résultats se sont avérés extrêmement mitigés avec un critère primaire global non atteint (score test et test de distance notamment). Cependant, un sous-groupe de population représentant 60% de l’étude a vu une amélioration significative de son critère primaire. Suite à cela, le groupe souhaite discuter avec les autorités de santé européennes dans un but d’approbation. Nous restons prudents sur le potentiel d’approbation en l’état du composé, aussi nous abaissons notre population cible, ainsi que la montée en puissance des ventes. Nous maintenons pour l’instant notre recommandation à l’ACHAT au vu de la pression baissière qu’a vu le titre depuis 1 an, mais surtout du potentiel non valorisé à ce jour de sa plateforme NKG2D CART et d’un potentiel partenariat commercial pour C-CURE. Notre objectif est cependant abaissé de 68€ à 46€.Celyad is engaged in engineered cell therapy treatments with clinical programs initially targeting indications in cardiovascular disease and oncology. Co. provides C-CATHez, an injection catheter that delivers bio therapeutic agents into the myocardium. Co.'s main product is C-Cure, which is in Phase III clinical trials for the treatment of chronic heart failure secondary to ischemic cardiomyopathy. Co.'s drug product candidates are autologous cell therapy treatments. In autologous procedures, a patient's cells are harvested, selected, reprogrammed and expanded, and then infused back into the same patient.
