La part accrue de la gestion pour compte de tiers, aujourd’hui très bien orientée, et le profil sécurisé et rentable des actifs détenus en propre devraient conduire à une hausse moyenne annuelle du RNRpa de 10% entre 2016 et 2020. En présence d’une politique de dividende officielle peu contraignante, nous estimons que la société aura à coeur de maintenir le niveau de son dividende en 2017 et 2018, en ligne avec sa recherche d’une vie boursière plus animée, ce qui correspond de toute façon à un pay-out modéré.
