Libérée de cette contrainte, la foncière espagnole aurait, en outre, l’avantage de pouvoir proposer une offre partielle ou totale en titres, qui serait bénéfique à l’acquéreur comme à la cible. Si Colonial a déclaré pendant la conférence ne pas regarder cette option, l’hypothèse ne peut être exclue.
