Constructeur clés en main de centrales autonomes de production d’électricité GEP vend historiquement ses centrales à des tiers-investisseurs. GEP a annoncé deux acquisitions structurantes à un mois d’intervalle dans le solaire PV. Ce développement rapide aura pour effet d’intégrer totalement la chaine de valeur dans ce segment et de propulser GEP à l’international, notamment en Afrique. Ces acquisitions, financées en quasi-totalité par des actions nouvelles devraient, selon nous, avoir un impact positif dès cette année, mais surtout à partir de 2016. Alors que nous étions passés SOUS REVUE le 24/02 suite à ces annonces, nous repassons à l’ACHAT avec un objectif de 6,5€ (vs 4,8€) sur une base totalement diluée.Global EcoPower.
