Hier, Permira a soldé sa participation dans Hugo Boss. Via un placement privé, la société de private equity a cédé les 12% du capital qu’elle détenait encore pour un montant de 113€ par action. Cette sortie lève le risque de retour de papier sur le marché et augmente le flottant de la société à 91%. Nous pensons que la baisse du cours est à mettre à profit pour se renforcer et jouer les fondamentaux porteurs d’Hugo Boss à moyen/long-terme. ACHAT réitéré avec un objectif de cours inchangé de 136€.HUGO BOSS Group is engaged in the global apparel market.
