La société présentait ce weekend, les premiers résultats d’efficacité de sa combinaison Lirilumab/Nivolumab (BMS) chez les patients atteints d’un cancer de la tête et du cou. Avec un ORR de 24% et surtout 60% d’OS après 12 mois de traitement sans entrainer d’EI supplémentaire, ces résultats intermédiaires sont clairement convaincants. Les déboires d’AZN dans cette indication devraient mettre en lumière le potentiel de la combinaison Lirilumab/Nivolumab. Pour rappel, notre objectif de cours se compose uniquement de Lirilumab (9€/action), Monalizumab (8€/action) et de la trésorerie (1,1€/action). Le reste du pipeline reste une option libre à notre valorisation.
