Nous revenons brièvement ce matin sur l’annonce de lundi mettant en avant la volonté de BMS d’étendre le programme de développement de Nivolumab en combinaison avec Lirilumab suite aux premiers résultats d’efficacité publiés à l’automne dernier. Nous considérons que cette expansion de cohorte s’inscrit dans le cheminement classique de développement du produit. De plus, pour la première fois une triple combinaison sera explorée évaluant un anti KIR plus un anti PD1 et un anti CTL4.
