A peine un an après la fusion de Quantel et de Keopsys en octobre 2017, Lumibird profitera dès 2018 de son positionnement sur des marchés porteurs dont les capteurs LIDAR à destination notamment des véhicules autonomes et des éoliennes. La fusion a permis au groupe d'atteindre une taille critique nécessaire à cette croissance. L'objectif d'un CA de 100m€ dès 2018 est parfaitement réaliste (42,3m€ au S1) 2018. La rationalisation de l'ensemble des process et notamment une plus grande verticalisation (fabrication de composants technologiques) vont permettre une amélioration des marges et conduire à un meilleur contrôle du BFR. Le profil bénéficiaire change radicalement et notre objectif de cours est relevé drastiquement à 20,1€ (vs 10,2€). Opinion ACHAT maintenue.Quantel and its subsidiaries are engaged in the production, development and distribution of lasers for medical applications mainly in ophthalmology and dermatology. Co. produces lasers for scientific instrumentation involved in research and development and underwater lasers. Co. also provides laser impulses for industrial applications such as laser cleaning or material processing.
