Neovacs annonce ce matin avoir signé un « contrat d’option de licence » avec la société chinoise Biosense Global LLC pour un montant total de 65m€ plus redevances sur les ventes futures de son IFNα Kinoide dans le traitement du lupus et en dermatomyosite. Cet accord entre en vigueur immédiatement, et l’option sera levée lors des résultats (positifs) de phase IIb du composé dans le Lupus qui devraient avoir lieu au S1 2018. Dans le cadre de cet accord, Biosense Global prendra en charge le développement clinique du produit en phase III. Nous maintenons notre recommandation à ACHAT avec un objectif de cours qui passe de 1,45€ à 1,65€.Neovacs SA is a France-based company active in the biotechnology industry.
