Suite au placement privé de 6m€ réalisé au mois d’août, nous ajustons notre objectif de cours à 1,30€ vs 1,65€ préc. Ce placement bien que dilutif permet d’améliorer la visibilité financière durant ces prochains mois capitaux pour la société et lui permet de se consacrer essentiellement à la clinique: conclusion de la phase IIb de son IFNalpha Kinoide dans le Lupus, résultats de la phase IIa en dermatomyosite et résultats de preuve de concept dans le diabète de type 1. En amont de ces résultats cliniques, et au vu de la valorisation actuelle de la société, nous maintenons notre recommandation ACHAT.Neovacs SA is a France-based company active in the biotechnology industry. It specializes in immunotherapy domain and providing treatment for autoimmune and inflammatory diseases. The Company researches and develops Kinoids, drug-candidates which aim to treat disease by including an antibody response in the patient. The Company focuses its development effort on two Kinoids for Crohn's disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis and lupus disease. Neovacs SA's portfolio of products includes TNF-Kinoids, IFN-Kinoids and VEGF-Kinoids. The Company operates in France and the United States. In May 2016, the Company signed a joint venture agreement with Stellar Biotechnologies Inc to create Neostell, owned by the Company in 70%.
