Une forte dilution mais une meilleure visibilité - NEUTRE - OC 1,7€ (vs 1,8€)
NEOVACS a annoncé vendredi dernier une augmentation de capital de 7,5m€ auprès de trois investisseurs institutionnels américains. Cette levée porte sur un total de 7,5m actions à bons de souscription d’actions (ABSA) émises au prix de 1€ (soit une décote de 17%). Les BSA seront immédiatement détachés des actions. Le but de cette levée reste le financement du développement de son principal composé IFNα-Kinoïde dans le Lupus. Malgré la forte dilution, cette AK permet cependant à NEOVACS d’améliorer sa visibilité à moyen terme. Nous maintenons notre recommandation à NEUTRE en ajustant notre objectif de cours à 1,7€ vs 1,8€ préc, car nous annulons en parallèle notre première tranche d’Equity Line de cette année.Neovacs SA is a France-based company active in the biotechnology industry. The Company researches and develops Kinoids, drug-candidates which aim to treat disease by including an antibody response in the patient. Neovacs SA's portfolio of products includes TNF-Kinoids, IFN-Kinoids and VEGF-Kinoids. The Company operates in France and the United States. In May 2016, the Company signed a joint venture agreement with Stellar Biotechnologies Inc to create Neostell, owned by the Company in 70%.
