Après de multiples rebondissements, Vyzulta est enfin approuvé par la FDA. L’approbation ainsi que le lancement de ce médicament indiqué pour la réduction de la pression intra oculaire des patients atteints de glaucome ressort 8 mois avant nos estimations. Dans ce contexte, NICOX recevra 17,5m$ de B+L mais reversera 15m$ à Pfizer selon les termes de contrat. Une très bonne nouvelle pour NICOX qui devrait être saluer par les marchés ce matin. Nous maintenons ainsi notre recommandation ACHAT et nous relevons notre OC suite à cette accord à 14€ (vs 12,2€).Nicox is engaged in the ophthalmic market. Beyond naproxcinod, Co. has a pipeline containing multiple nitric oxide-donating NCEs, which are in clinical development with partners for the treatment of diseases, such as hypertension, glaucoma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
