La biotech francaise annonce ce matin avoir signé un accord de licence avec la société Eyeance dans le cadre de la commercialisation US de son collyre Zerviate dans le traitement des prurits oculaires associés aux conjonctivites allergiques. Pour rappel, la FDA a donné hier son feu vert pour le médicament en juin dernier. L’accord permet à Nicox de recevoir un upfront de 6m$ suivi de 42,5m$ de milestones ainsi que des redevances allant de 8 à 15%. Nous maintenons notre recommandation ACHAT et nous relevons notre OC suite à cette accord à 13€ (vs 12,2€).Nicox is engaged in the ophthalmic market.
