NICOX a organisé il y a quelques jours une présentation avec le Docteur Ehreth, PDG d'International Market Access, dans le but de revenir sur le processus de remboursement de Vyzulta et Zerviate sur le marché US. Comme précisé depuis plusieurs semaines, l'enjeu à ce stade est d'entrer dans les listes de remboursements afin d'accélérer la pénétration commerciale. L'ambition annoncée par B+L a été confirmée lors du T1 18. Nous ajustons marginalement nos estimations dont le principal impact reste la conversion EUR/USD (1,17 vs 1,10 préc.) conduisant à un OC ajusté à 13,6€ vs 14€. Nous maintenons notre recommandation ACHAT.Nicox is engaged in the ophthalmic market. Beyond naproxcinod, Co. has a pipeline containing multiple nitric oxide-donating NCEs, which are in clinical development with partners for the treatment of diseases, such as hypertension, glaucoma and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).
