Nous revenons sur l’actualité du groupe qui a récemment communiqué sur des développements structurants pour ses entités Novaprep (cytologie) et Primerdesign (biologie moléculaire). Après avoir annoncé une réorganisation (en France) et de nouveaux développements (Asie-Pacifique) dans le domaine commercial pour Novaprep, NOVACYT vient de conclure un accord stratégique majeur avec un acteur de référence en biologie moléculaire pour adresser le marché d’Amérique latine. NOVACYT a également communiqué sur sa R&D et les synergies développées suite à l’acquisition de Primerdesign en mai 2016 ouvrant la voie à la vente de nouveaux produits au cours des prochains mois. Même si à ce stade il est encore difficile d’évaluer le potentiel de ventes, ces développements alimenteront la croissance future. Nous maintenons notre recommandation à ACHAT et notre objectif de cours de 2,3€.Novacyt is an international diagnostics group.
