Le profit warning de WPP après les performances médiocres d’Interpublic et de Dentsu ont eu un impact négatif sur le cours de Publicis (-3,2% hier). Le groupe de communication est aujourd’hui le seul acteur du secteur qui a avancé suffisamment dans sa transformation pour pouvoir bénéficier d’une croissance supérieure à celle de ses concurrents. De plus contrairement à WPP, Publicis a déjà effectué sa transition managériale, le nouveau CEO, Arthur Sadoun, n’ayant pas de tabou accélérer la transformation du modèle de Publicis, mouvement largement entamé par Maurice Lévy (acquisition de Sapient, mise en place du Power of One).
