Dans le cadre d’une conférence téléphonique, le groupe a présenté hier des premiers résultats de l’Echopulse dans le traitement des varices. Ces résultats sur 12 patients, mettant en avant l’efficacité des HIFU sans effets secondaires graves, laissent penser que l’Echopulse pourrait constituer une alternative viable aux traitements actuels (ablation par laser, radiofréquence ou sclérothérapie). En cherchant à étendre le champ d’application de l’Echopulse à de nouvelles indications, le groupe étoffe ses arguments pour renforcer le déploiement commercial de son instrument.
