La société annonçait la semaine dernière la réalisation d’une augmentation de capital de près de 4m€. Cette opération a conduit à la création de 495 938 actions au prix de 8€. L’émission permettra, principalement, de soutenir les ventes de THERACLION en Europe, de financer les études de l’Echopulse dans le cancer du sein et de la thyroïde et d’appuyer la société dans son extension géographique avec de nouvelles accréditations en Chine et aux US. Suite à cette opération, nous ajustons notre objectif de cours à 13,6€/action vs 14€ préc. et maintenons notre recommandation à ACHAT.Theraclion SA. Theraclion is a France-based company, which develops High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HiFu) machines. The Company is a a spin-off of Inserm and EDAPTechomed. The main activity of the Company is developping, manufacturing and marketing echotherapy medical equipments associating therapy by focused ultrasound and monitoring by ultrasound. The Company provides Echopulse, a device for the non-invasive and outpatient treatment of the fibroadenoma of the breast and thyroid nodules.
