La société a publié hier après bourse les résultats intermédiaires de son vaccin VLA84 en phase II dans le traitement des infections par Clostridium Difficile. Le vaccin aurait entrainé de « fortes réponses immunitaires contre les toxines A et B du C. difficile et a démontré un bon profil de tolérance et d’innocuité ». Les résultats complets de l’étude devraient être révélés au T2 16 et pourraient conduire GSK à exercer son option.
