Boostheat: Artificially boosted
Back on August 26, 1346 in Crécy, the French - with 50,000 men - thought they would win easily against 20,000 Englishmen. Even more so because their accompanying troop of Genoese mercenaries were equipped with crossbows that were far superior in technology and precision than the very simple and basic English longbows. The battle was a disaster for the French. The Genoese crossbowmen were annihilated and outclassed by the English archers, who were capable of shooting twice as many arrows per minute. Our fear is that the particularly energy efficient but technologically very complex gas boiler from the industrial startup company Boostheat, is heading for a similar misfortune to the French during the famous Battle of Crécy.
Boostheat Sas. Boostheat SAS is a France-based company specialized in the manufacturing industry. The Company invents, develops and manufactures boilers, which consume less energy than conventional ones. The Company's boilers emit no particles and contain a heat pump that uses a natural fluid that generates less pollution than conventional electric heat pumps. Additionally, thanks to a built-in hot water tank, its boilers enable users to save water. The Company portfolio includes BOOSTHEAT.20, which combines heat pump and condensing boiler technologies to improve efficiency.
