Acartus SA. Acartus SA is a Poland-based company that provides services in the fields of accountancy, tax, staff and pay affairs. The scope of services provided by the Company includes: keeping accounting records, like keeping accounting books, tax advising, economic and financial advising, and others; keeping personnel documentation, like building and keeping personal files, working out contracts of service, contracts of commission or of other civil law contracts connected with employment, among others; as well as keeping remuneration records, in particular: calculating the remuneration together with all additional benefits for persons employed on the grounds of employment contracts or for persons fulfilling a service contract or a commission contract. As of December 31, 2011, the Company operated six regional branches in Jastrzebie Zdroj, Rybnik, Pszow, Raciborz and Cieszyn. In February 2013, the Company sold its entire stake in Asecurator Sp. z o.o.
