Co., together with its subsidiaries (the Group), owns and operates gold, silver and copper producing properties in the Republic of Azerbaijan. It also explores for and develops other potential gold and copper deposits in Azerbaijan. The Group's primary operating site is Gedabek, which is the location of the Group's main gold, silver and copper open pit mine and Gadir, an underground mine.

Co.'s reportable operating segments include its mining operations and development projects. The Other Mineral Properties segment consists of Co.'s interests in mineral properties which are at various stages of exploration. The Corporate and Other segment includes corporate operations and the Bellavista property in Costa Rica which is classified as held for sale.

Condor Gold is engaged in identifying, acquiring, developing and divesting investments of gold and silver mineral concessions. Co., at the end of Dec 31 2016, had 100.0% ownership of 10 concessions in the La India Mining District and a further four in four project areas in Nicaragua. Co. is investing in the La India Project, which is a concession package covering an estimated 98.0% of the La India Gold Mining District. Co. also has investments in the Boaco Project, RAAN Project, and Nueva Segovia Project.

Conroy Gold & Natural Resources is a mining exploration and development company with advanced gold interests in Ireland. Co. is engaged in mining and exploration business principally in the Longford-Down Massif, Ireland. Co.'s licence area extends for c.1000km2 (400 square miles) from County Armagh in Northern Ireland across Counties Monaghan and Cavan in the Republic of Ireland. Co. has identified five highly prospective areas. These areas are located along a 30 mile (50km) strike-length within a major geological feature known as the Longford-Down Massif. Co. also monitors other opportunities outside Ireland and has a small exploration program in Finland.
