Hong Kong, March 31, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service says that China Jinmao Holdings Group Limited's 2016 results were largely in line with Moody's expectations and support its Baa3 issuer rating.China Jinmao Holdings Group is a developer and operator of commercial real estate projects in the People's Republic of China and also a platform enterprise under the real estate and hotel segments of Sinochem Groupe. Co. is engaged in hotel operations, property development, property leasing and provision of property management, design and decoration services. Co.'s operations are organized along three major business segments: High-end Property Project Development; Property Leasing; and Hotel Investment and Operations. Co. is also engaged in the trading of diversified products; leasing of commercial vehicles and provision of yacht services.
