Hong Kong, April 11, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service says that Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited's B2 corporate family rating and senior unsecured debt rating are unaffected by the company's announcement of a tap bond offering on its existing USD100 million 8.25% senior notes due November 2019..Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited is a China-based investment holding company principally engaged in the property related businesses. The Company operates through two business segments. The Property Development segment is engaged in the development and sales of properties, including residential, office and commercial properties. The Property Leasing segment is engaged in the property leasing business, including the leasing of self-owned properties and subleasing of rented properties. The Company is also involved in the property operation management business through its subsidiaries.
