The Company operates through three business segments. The Property Development segment is engaged in the development and sales of properties. The Property Management and Investment segment is engaged in the commercial management, property management and property consulting business, as well as the investment in properties for rental income potential and capital appreciation. The Others segment is engaged in the lending to customers, the operation of department stores and the provision of consulting services. The Company is also involved in the trading business through its subsidiaries.
