Hong Kong, May 23, 2019-- Moody's Investors Service has completed a periodic review of the ratings of China SCE Group Holdings Limited and other ratings that are associated with the same analytical unit.China SCE Property Holdings is an investment holding company. Through its subsidiaries, Co. is principally engaged in property development, property investment and property management in the People's Republic of China (the PRC). As of Dec 31 2012, Co. owned a land bank with an aggregate planned gross floor area of approximately 8,710,000 sq. m., distributed over Quanzhou (including Shishi, Jinjiang and Nan'an), Xiamen, Zhangzhou, Longyan, Shenzhen, Beijing, Langfang, Tangshan, Anshan and Linfen, the PRC.
