The Company operates its business through four segments. Institutional Financial Service segment include investment banking and institutional investor services. Personal Financial Service segment mainly includes the provision of securities and futures brokerage, margin business, wealth management, financial planning and other services. Investment Management segment provides asset management and fund management services mainly for institutions and individuals, as well as involves in the direct investment business. International Business segment mainly includes brokerage, corporate financing, asset management, loan and financing and financial products, marketing and investment businesses, as well as building an international business platform.
