London, 20 July 2017-- Moody's Investors Service, today assigned a Baa2 rating to the minimum EUR300 million senior unsecured notes issued by ADO Properties S.A., a residential real estate company focused 100% on Berlin, Germany.ADO Properties SA is a Luxembourg-based company, operating in Berlin, Germany, in the residential real estate field of industry with over 20,000 units, including the recent acquisitions. The Company has an integrated, scalable in-house platform with its own property management. The Company takes over the responsibility for the state of its apartment building and it is also responsible for the staff and neighborhood's environment. Its portfolio focuses on central locations in Berlin, Germany, as well as suburban districts.
