New York, December 22, 2020-- Moody's Investors Service said that Lockheed Martin Corporation's planned acquisition of Aerojet Rocketdyne Holdings, Inc. will enhance its business profile by helping to strengthen its hypersonics, tactical missiles, integrated missile defense and space offerings.
