Announcement: Moody's says Aramark share repurchase plan a credit negative development, no change to ratings

New York, February 07, 2017-- Moody's Investors Service said it considers Aramark Services, Inc.' s announced share repurchase program a negative credit development as it will reduce the amount of cash available for debt reduction, but ratings, including the Ba2 Corporate Family rating, and stable rating outlook remain unchanged at this time.
