New York, April 08, 2019-- Moody's Investors Service assigned a Ba2 corporate family rating to Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc. and a Ba2 senior secured rating to BXMT's proposed $400 million Term Loan B. BXMT's rating outlook is stable.Blackstone Mortgage Trust is a real estate finance holding company that originates senior loans collateralized by commercial real estate in North America, Europe, and Australia. The company conducts its operations as a real estate investment trust.
