Moody's baja las calificaciones de Carboclor a C por motivo de su concurso preventivo
Buenos Aires City, January 03, 2017-- Moody's Latin America Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A. bajó la calificación de familia corporativa de Carboclor S.A. a C/C. ar desde Caa1/Ba2. ar. Esta acción surge a partir del anuncio que hiciera Carboclor que solicitó voluntariamente ante la corte legal argentina autorización para comenzar un procedimiento de reorganización conocido en el paÃs como "Concurso Preventivo", bajo la ley de quiebra del paÃs conocida como "Ley de...Carboclor is engaged in the extraction, exploitation and sale of petroleum and petroleum by-products.
